During the latter parts of my 43 years, as with many people I have fought to keep my weight in order and keep physically fit. This has involved many hours at a local gym and many diets. But as with most people going it alone, the weight comes off and then goes back on.Kevin became my mentor and personal trainer just under a year ago, and under his watchful eye and training I became far more educated in right and wrong foods and when to eat. I also started to develop a fitter, toned and shapely physique. My brief to Kevin was that I wanted to develop a general level of fitness, tone up and shape the muscles (I wasn’t looking to look like Arnie) and to loose a stone.
Following his sound advice on diet, and sticking to his training regime, I soon discovered that using the correct technique that my muscles worked harder and knew it. There are those at the gym who train their egos and those who want to get a fitter body. I fall into the second category. Along with advice on what I should be eating, including fats, which are required, I was soon on my way to reaching my goals. Coming up to a year later, his advice has held me in good stead and I am no longer yo-yoing. My heart rate during exercise has fallen considerably and my blood pressure is just right.

I really enjoyed the Program and not only lost weight, toned up and had loads more energy but also identified foods which really don't work with my system and actually cause me to gain weight.
I enjoyed the exercises and after the first week automatically fell into a routine to incorporate them into my day both morning and evening.
I now feel I have the tools to continue with this healthy regime. I will definitely exercise daily as I feel so much better for it. The exercises themselves were simple to do and didn't require loads of fancy gear.
